Default Quick question on power steering pump

So I am pretty sure I need to swap out my power steering pump again (...long story). The first time I did it, the pump shaft was sheered off so I did not have to go through the full process.

I went to remove the pulley and noticed the top radiator hose runs right in front of the pulley pull hub. My shop manual doesn't mention the radiator hose at all (it only mentions removing the air box and mass air flow, which don't appear to be in the way anyhow). I just want to make sure I need to remove the top radiator hose before draining coolant and making more of a mess. Am I missing anything?
