Default Window motor removal help

Were trying to remove the window motor to replace it, but we are having trouble removing it. We have the panel off and the bolts/rivets holding it in, but it seems to be still stuck on either the gear or some other bracket? I have read the write up from shoebox, but it doesn't show this step. Please help

i did mine a week ago, but im assuming "it" is the motor... so when i replaced mine and i had the rivets drilled out, and i put the rivet gun in and put it in place, the teeth werent coordinating correctly, so i had to plug that bitch in and rotate it up or down to get it in place, then i finished off the rivets

Ah, ok cool, yeah we just got the motor off, there were 3 small screws in the back holding it in. I guess it has been replaced before, because there were no rivets.
