I had a high-pitched squeak, found it was my t-top latch. Until I have time to take it apart and grease it I lock the t-top like usual and then pull the handle to put a little pressure on it so it won't squeak as easily.

For rattling, have you checked your exhaust?

One of my heat shields somewhere rattles at certain engine RPMs... bugs me to death but I can't figure out which one it is.

The panel that pops off for the spare and jack tight? How about the flap that covers the very back? Mine is missing one of the little rubber bumpers so it rattles a little bit occasionally.

Can you tell if its squeaking/rattling from the cheapo interior plastics? Or do you think its bushing related?
If its the interior rattling what kind of shocks are you running, stock? If so that would be problem #1. The way my car sits right now I have zero rattles.
The stock shock's compression in way too hard, making the ride jarring and in turn will make your interior rattle, especially in the back.

My lower control bushings squeak whenever I hit a bump. Check that out, have someone push down on the back, stick your mug under the car, and listen.

Just don't let them push down too far

True, but your head underneath = short distance between car and your face
