When I turn left my car squeaks from back??

When I turn while driving, a squeaks come from back like rear rotor or axle.. no sure.. The squeak ONLY comes while turning left..
By the way I am not sure any relation with that but my car worn only LEFT Brake pads before.. And dont know why..

Please help if you got any ideas..

you mean differantial additive? A serviceman did this and change the oil 2 months ago..
I am not sure but it can be becuz of axle or rotor but dont know why..
