Default Power Window Motor link?

I saw a link out there somewhere on how to bypass the thermal resistor in the passenger power window motor of an 02 camaro SS.

It is not this link http://shbox.com/page/windowmotor.html
It was a good write up.
Anyone have it and like to share it?

Thanks

FWIW I already have the window motor out of the car.

That is close but not the same window motor that is in mine. There are slight variances on mine. Either way I got mine out and am going to replace the whole motor.

Yeah I tried the Autotrix mod at first with not success. I think my motor is just way too worn to reuse.

Sometimes it is just time for a new window motor, although with our kit already in place your new motor will benefit.
