abs/tcs problem my abs inop and tcs off light is on all the time. when i first start the car they are off then when the car starts moving they come on. I was thinking maybe one or both of the rear abs sensors?

Could be any of the wheel speed sensors. The brake control module only detects speed faults in the wheel speed sensors when you are rolling 3mph or faster. Thats why the light only comes on after you start rolling. The only way to find out which sensor it is, is to find a scantool that reads abs data, and see which one doesnt match the rest, then that one either has a bad sensor, a bad ebcm, or a wiring issue. Pretty simple, its just finding which one it is.
