Default RPM's dropping when coming to a stop or shifting out of park.

Basicly when ever I come to a stop the car (2000 SS) will drop below 500 rpm, and almost stall, or when I shift from park into drive. Any ideas?

Try the easy cheap stuff first if you don't have any codes. First I would check for vacuum leaks using the hose method. I see that you had your TB ported so listen around it. If that doesn't turn up anything, next i would check your fuel press with and without the engine running.
