Like the title says. I removed the cats and replaced them with straight pipe. The y-pipe is stock and no codes for O2'S. I have sims on the rear o2's. Stock headers. No codes but for something in the secondary air induction. Im getting like 70 miles on a half tank in the city.

well it was fine for a little while. I was running around 150 on a half tank highway. It does smell rich! Not sure why smelling my oil would tell me that. But the exhaust does smell rich. Im not getting any codes though! Could the secondary air be giving me a vacuum leak. When i did seafoam it didnt want to idle when i took off the brake booster.

I guess a guess smell from the oil would be to unburnt fuel (rich condition) in the combustion chamber washing down past the rings and into the crank? Wouldn't the piston blowby ring stop this?

man u should be getting better gas mileage!! mines better! and im sure you should know by now that the f body gas gauges suck!! the tank capacity is 16.8 gallons, but when i fill up about 6 gallons with a dead empty tank my gas guage would show more then half! now you do the calculations weather or not the gauge is telling the truth! the only way to really find out the MPG is fill it all the way to full!

if you take the hose off the brake booster the car isnt going to idle....it will have a major vaccum leak unless you blocked it good, if you did, take carb cleaner and spray around it the motor will race up if you have a air leak.
