My car has been in the garage for the season and I start it up every few weeks. Last night I went out to fire it up since it's been like zero degrees and at first it would start and then die right away. I tried a couple of times and it finally started but with a surging idle. When I gave it some gas it cleared up but as soon as I let off it would idle way down and die. I started it tonight and it fired up idled way down and then back up and it was fine. Is this a charging issue?
