Default Tranny and rear end oil change!!!???

hey guys im gonna change out my tranny and rear end oil and switch to royal purple on both, will my local lube shop be able to do that for me if im providing the royal purple? and also how much am i gonna need for both

i think its 4 quarts for the transmission and 2 quarts+gm additive (depending on the yr of ur car) for the rear end. your local lube shop might not do it cuz of warranty, just do it yourself

I just changed the fluid and filter on my tranny and it used five quarts.

TIP -> On the rear, make sure you put in the additive first

While it's up on the lift, might want to change the fuel filter to.

You just need to call them and ask them. It just depends on the policy of the shop you take it to.

You might want to research some more into using a synthetic oil if you have an A4, would probably be better off with some regular old Dexron III ATF.
The Royal Purple should already contain limited slip additive.
