Default Erratic Idle

Its not an LS1 but the mechanics still apply.
My car was loping a little at idle (so I figured vacuum leak), so I took the belt off to help hear a little better and its SO much more noticable, shown here.

Its a 2000 V6 Camaro 52k miles. I threw a Lean code on both banks, so I cleaned out the MAF real good and put it back in. The car runs great but lopes at idle. No vacuum leaks, checked spark on every cylinder. I have NGK TR55 plugs, stock wires. One wire has a small tear in it so I put electrical tape around it along with the wire loom thats on it. I have fuel pressure, plenty of gas in the tank. Can someone lend me some advice?
