Tonight my GF tried to unlock the door manually and the lock slide popped off in her hand. The power door lock button would not unlock it, and neither would the fob. I tried to unlock it from the outside with the key, and the key would not turn inside the cylinder.
Opinions?

Sounds like someone has been trying to jimmy your lock and screwed up the linkage in your door. Tear it apart and see whats bent or broken.
