shifting
ok when i get into the higher rpms and shift into 2nd gear it grinds, but when i am driving normal it doesnt do it. was wondering if anyone had any ideas what it was? any help would be great, thanks
maybe the tranny syncros?

Probably. Mine grinds going into 2nd when it's cold regardless of engine speed. Even when the car is fully warmed, I'd still grind going into 2nd shifting at higher rpms.
I found that if I just clutch in and shift between first and second a few times while stopped, the problem goes.
Also make sure that your clutch is fully disengaging. Slave/master cylinders could be the issue too.
