Default new spark plug wires

I brought a set of new ls2 take of wires from a crate motor and the second wire on the driver side is resting on my longtube header.Any suggestions

Yeah, grab the boot that attaches to the COIL, while it is attached to the coil and slowly spin it until the wire moves away from the pipe.

I got it to work I trimmed boot on the wire .
