Ok I have a 94 lt1 z28. The car just started givin me a hard time with the temperature. Its all stock and I replaced the radiator about a year ago. When im driving on the freeway the temp stays really cool and has no issues. Once i get stuck at a light or in bumper to bumper traffic It raises up to around 230 ish. It used to do this but then would cool off rather quickly. Now in order to get it to cool off I have to steadily drive about 3 miles before the gauge comes down. Also at lights if i rev the car up to around 2500 rpm the temp will go down for a bit to get through the light. I have over heated probably 3 times this last week after getting home from work. This car is my only car and i need to figure out what to do. Thanks for all the help its greatly appreciated.
