Starter wont turn. Ok. i just replaced the engine in my 99 SS. i have everything connected again and everything is in place. i went to start it for the first time and i got nothing. i replaced the starter because it was bad and now all i get is the siloniod kicking in. the starter wont turn or anything. ive looked at everything and everything looks to be good. the engine turns over and everything. i had the new starter and tested and it was good. what could the problem be?
