Headlight Problem!!!!!!!!!! Hey guys, I just installed my new brass gear for my motor and it has been working great for about a month. Now, the light goes on but it doesnt pop up anymore!!! Any suggestions and yes I have searched!!!!!

My guess from expereance is that the cover for the gear has come unglued and the gears have come unmeshed. This happened to me so many times, I gave up and poped for a reman motor and it still happened. Go figure.
