Unhappy service engine light comes on and off.

So I had this light come on and then checked the codes and it had 2 showing up which were the same. This is the results from the odbii website.
DTC Description
P0174 Fuel Trim System Lean Bank 2
VIN Digits 2
Manufacturer 3
Division 4
Body 5
Series 8
Engine 10
Year

So I changed all the 02s out and erased the codes and now the light is back on and off, checked the codes again last night and same code. Any ideas what to look at next? A couple people I talked to might think it is an air leak since it's showing up lean.

Check for vacuum leaks.

Is it always P0174, or do you also get P0171? P0174 is bank 2 (passenger side). If it is a vacuum leak it would probably set both codes. Checking for a vacuum leak isn't hard, get a can of carb and choke cleaner and spray it on and around any and all vacuum lines. But if the code is always for bank 2 you might want to look for a small exhaust leak on that side somewhere before the O2 sensor, that could throw the A/F ratio off for that bank without affecting bank 1. Hope this helps.

Could also be an injector on that bank, visit gearchatter.com and look up the DTC for your year.

As of right now it has always been 174 before the 02 change out it was 171 and 174 but now it seems to only be 174. Cleaned out my MAF yesterday and made sure all wires were snug and connected. Going to go crank my car today and see if ses light comes back on and check for an air leak or crack. Thanks for the info.

Update: Well went outside and turned car on and listened for any whistling or air leaks. I did notice a whistling sound that I thought was normal since I've always heard it and turns out I had a huge hole on the back side of my pvc hose, replaced it with another hose and so far my idle is back to normal, throttle seems to go easier, and no ses lights. Double checked any other hoses on engine and didn't hear anymore noises. So far seems to be fixed. Thanks for the advice.
