This has nothing to do with an ls1 car. But anyways maybe someone can help. My dads truck is a 87 toyota with the r12 system. the compressor went bad and i found one that is working. I have r12 but the guy that has this other compressor converted it to r134a and my dad wants the r12 back in it. Can you do anything to convert the compressor back to r12?

Leave it r134a it will be better in the long run if you have to work on it again.

its not my vehicle or i would convert it all. i believe i can just take the fitting the guy put on the compressor off and then change the oil in the compressor back to r12 oil.
