Default Clogged Cat?

Ive searched and not found an answer for this. My 69K mile WS6 was really losing power any time it was under a decent amount of load. Not an ignition miss though. Every time I run WOT it sets of the SES light in the upper rpm range.

The SES light said bad front o2s before. I did plugs wires and new front 02s and now I get the same bad front o2 code. I know I need a vacuum gauge to make sure, but isnt this likely clogged cats then?

Also, I heard GM extended the coverage on them to 10 years/100k, is this correct?

Default

A bad cat should throw a postcat 02 code, something else might be going on. Unfortunately the extended cat warranty only applies to the 00-02 F cars.
