Default blinker trouble (no blinker fluid)

my friends formula has a small problem. both of the blinkers wont work, the hazards work fine, and all the fuses are good. Anyone have any suggestions on what i need to do to get to the problem?

Since youve already checked the fuse and the hazards work id check the switch, connections and wiring.

I'm pretty sure the module is behind the radio.

There are two flashers. One for both signals and one for hazards.

If the bulbs were replaced with LEDs, you'll need to replace the thermal flasher with an electronic flasher (ex: Tridon EL-12, $8 at AutoZone).

Nope. Under shin panel (under steering wheel) to the side, but I forget which side.

its the flasher unit...mine did the same. for a couple years my turn signals blinked slower and finally went out but the hazzards worked fine.

Like mentioned...the unit is behind the panel under the steering wheel kind of tucked behind on the right side...its hard to explain. I went to the store and picked up one for like 5-10 bucks so I knew what to look for, then swapped them out and now perfect
