2nd & 3rd window motors
...Chevy's SUK!
About two years ago, I replaced a driver side electric window motor which was a PITA.
Now, both the drivers side and passenger side window motors have blown; consequently, this SUCs. In addition, my wipers don't work now.
The 99 car is driven very infrequently; I have only 62K on the clock.
Stupid cheap OEM parts like window motors, wiper motors, etc. will ensure that I NEVER buy another GM car or truck again.
Can anyone say HONDA or TOYOTA?
No health care, or pension legacy costs mean they can spend more on quality parts which last much longer.

wiper motor is a new thing, rarely hear those go out. Window motors are common, BUT the recommended one is from autozone with their lifetime warranty. I got one for my passenger side and oddly enough, the stock GM one on the driver's side is faster lol
Once the driver's one is slower than the passenger or failing to go up, a replacement lifetime warranty autozone one is going in.
