Default Driving light replacement

My pass side driving light is out. It is causing my right blinker to just stay solid. The rear brake light seems fine. But the driving light it doesn't come on ever, not even when locking/unlocking the car.

What is the easiest way to get to this thing and change it?

How though? I mean you can't see anything and even going under the front panel under the light thats open I can only feel the casing. Will it just click out of place or something?

It has a tab you squeez in and then you turn it. I just put my hand through the hole in the bumper and twist it out, pull the old bulb, put the new one in, and put it back up in there. Takes like 2 minutes.

oh right on thanks! Appreciate it, haven'd had to change one of these lights in 3 years I've had the car. I was hoping to go the distance. Guess not!
