Default ***PLEASE HELP****...Cluster lights problem

ok so a few weeks ago i unhooked the battery cables to clean the post and all. after i reconnected the battery, i had several service lights come on and stay on! the "security" "abs inop" and "service vehicle" lights are all on everytime i crank up...they stay on as long as the car is running. there is nothing wrong with my car, i've checked everything i can think of and still cant get them to go off!.....can anybody give me any suggestions on how to fix this problem???

Take both the neg and pos battery cables off for 30 minutes. Connect the neg, then tap the pos against the pos terminal 3-4 times getting a spark each time you tap it. Then connect it and see if that fixes it.
