Default ??? On fluid for rear diff and t56

it's time to do fluid changes on my ls1 t/a. I uses royal purple oil. (discount at work) today I am doing the rear diff and the trans. Any one ever uses this stuff? Stock 7.5 rearend. Stock t56 trans( ram powergrip hd clutch and alum. Flywheel). I get RP stuff cheap but will spend$$ if need be.

I tend to keep away from RP due to their "thinning" at high temps issue and breakdown over time. I've used Mobil 1, amsoil and now Pennzoil in my T-56 and so far so good 130k on it, at 100k had it beefed up to a stage 1 rebuild kit, but wear wise it looked like it was babied.

For the rear end, I use synthetic castrol, changed it twice now since I got the car with 20k between changes. The 10 bolt lives... for now..
