Default 1999 T/A Noise and vibrations above 55

Hey all,
Just looking for ideas on what it could be. Seems that when I go over 55-60 that the car seems to have driveline vibrations? It has over 162k on the clock. Under heavy throttle, you hear what sounds like a gear noise hum come and go until you lay off the gas. Then when driving normally above 55 is seems a little too ruff of a ride. Tires are new and balanced.

The noise is obvious at 55-65 and I just changed the rear fluid to see if it will help, with the diff additive, and the same thing.
It really feels like ride hashness is increased at those speeds.
Any ideas?
