Default Throttle body Cable

Would you have to replace the whole throttle body cable if the yellow tabs that hold the cable in place on the intake broke? Help right now i got a zip tie to make sure it doesn't slide out like it had yesterday. it's ziptied to the cruise control lol any help would be appreciated.

You would have to replace the whole cable but it is only like 27 dollars at the dealer.
