Insufficient Switching Sensor 1 or Bank 1 Sensor 1
i just got this code about 5 minutes ago. what's it mean?

it flooded in my town today, and i was driving afterwards, and was going super slow through the puddles (some covered my y-pipe) is there a chance i got water on my o2 driving or when i was spraying the mud off my car when i got home?

car was idling really really rough and almost died just idling in my driveway before i gave it some gas.

(this is posted in the PCM section as well, i didn't know where to put it)

yes it's an O2 code. It's not switching from rich to lean fast enough. I believe it's 10 times/second.
