I have a 97 Z28 and i have inherited a steering problem .. It has started having lock ups of the steering when i go to turn.. It will turn if you put all ur power into turning it then it may just break loose and u oversteer when it breaks loose .. Here is what i have done to it and it still has this problem .. New power steering pump,new rack&pinion new tie rod ends and even new struts which have noting to do with problem but i was under there soooo.. the system was bled but has some metal flakes in it .. So if anyone has a thought let me know as it is very dangerous and anoyyyyying ...

bumpin for my neighbor, this problem is aggrevating, we cant figure out how to fix, it works fine then binds up, please help!
