PCV hose question

PCV hose question I did a search and cant find anything. Seeing as the previous owner of my car replaced the elbow to the TB for the PCV with Electrical tape, I need to repair this and I am not spending 100 bucks plus for the entire pcv piece. Does anyone know off hand the diameter of the hose needed to join these two points?

5/16 should work well straight from the barb on your PCV to the barb on the TB.
