Default 1998 Trans Am will not turn over

My 1998 Trans Am is kept in the garage and rarely driven, I pulled it out the other day to drive it and the battery was dead, after charging the battery I drove it for the remainder of the day. However later that night it would not start, I bought a new battery for it and it ran fine. The next morning it would not start, I charged it and yet it still would not start. I have full power to all, but the car will not start, it will not even try and turn over, nor will it jump. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure if the alterantor is getting power or not, but if the alternator was bad wouldnt it still try and turn over instead of just giving a clicking sound.

Not if the battery is dead from not being recharged by the alternator.

I completely charge the battery, and then try to start it and get nothing but a clicking sound.

Either take it to a shop.

Or.

Check the voltage of the battery
Check voltage at all high current points (starter, alternator and main power block)
Check you VATS

Its on the LH side of the dash. Pull of the panel and read the label.

My starter relay stopped working and I got that same problem. Try moving around relays and fuses and figure out if one of them is blown
