Default Noise from water pump

I just got my car back from the mechanic. They put in a motor to replace my spun bearing motor. Now, there is a noise coming from what seems the water pump, the mechanic thinks it the bearing inside the pump. Does that mean that its going out ? From other thread i've read they talk about it maybe being from the belts. Also what should be the normal temp for the car once its warmed up. Not sure if its related to this issue, but my AC is not blowing cold anymore. A friends told me to try and bleed the cooling system but that didn't help... maybe it needs to be re charged due to the motor swap?

I'd remove the belt and check each pulley,if it's the water pump replace it.Most likely you need to recharge your ac since they needed to evac the system in order to remove your engine.
