Default Problem with A/C

so i've noticed that i'm getting water on the passenger side when the a/c is on. bear with me on this explanation cause i don't know what its called, but my guess is that its the line from the condensor is plugged up and thats backing up through the foot vent.

is my assumption correct or are there any other ideas on what this could be?

If it's clear water and the exterior of the car hasn't been wet then it must be the AC drain.

On both of my cars there is no hose, no hose nipple, it's a simple hole and I've only seen it when installing headers. In other words it's difficult to get to.

It's on the firewall - here's a pic of the drain on a '95, ours is similar. http://shbox.com/1/a_c_drain.jpg
