Default New wiper motor has pulse board attached?

Do the rebuilt replacement wiper motors also contain a new pulse module control board or is this a separate item to be purchased?

Thx...

The only things in the system diagram are the motor and the control stick so I would think the controls are integrated into the motor. Also, I think this because the motor has so many pins.

Has it ever worked correctly since you owned it?
