Default Vibration behind Console

Okay, so I hit a curb the other day on accident obviously, and ever since I did that, I am having this wierd rattle/vibration on the right rear side of my center console. Lifted the car up at the shop today and we couldn't find anything. It only does it when I have been driving it for a bit or if I have been getting on it hard. The only time it does it is when the car is stopped and in drive (heard it once when in park)...So like at stop lights it will start to rattle. The carpet and console feel warm, but mostly I am assuming it is because of the exhaust. Could this be a bent or loose heat shield? What could be causing this?
