Default wires on back of heads removal

I am changing my heads and having a hell of a time removing the wires on the back of the head there are two on the driver side and one on the passenger side, tried the short stubby 15 mm wrench and regular 15mm wrench but there on so ******* tight I can't get them off, is there anybody with any tricks to get these off?

I think I used a regular 15mm and some brute force to get them off. Those suckers are on there tight!!

On the driver's side, I was able to get the bracket, and 3 ground wires (1 bolt 1 wire/ 1 bolt/ 2 wires) by laying into the engine compartment from the front. It was the only way I could get any leverage to break the bolts loose. Try it.

The passenger side wire harness bracket I was able to remove from under the car. I didn't even attempt to get it from the top. Good luck!

Just to add, like blkbird, I used a regular 15mm wrench.

I also used a regular 15. Once the intake was off, I had no problem getting mine off. If all else fails, you could lift the head off it's pins and slide it foward to give you more room and have someone hold the head steady as you take the bolt out. Good luck!
