Default Can any one help?

Hi ls1 tech guys.
Today I had to take my 02 Camaro SS to get it’s MOT, (I don’t know if you have MOT’s in the US, an MOT is a very strict examination were a certified garage checks your car every year to see if it is road worthy so you can get your cars road-tax) anyway, when the MOT was finished the mechanic said that there was a little play about 0.5mm on the left rear and about 1.5mm on the right rear wheels pushing and pulling in and out, he said it could be the bearings or it could be normal on this type of vehicle, he said he had never come across a forth Gen Camaro SS before ( there is only about 8-9 98-02 SS hear in England).

Is it normal for there to be a little play? Can any one help?

No F-bodies have half-shafts....our cars don't have independant rear suspension.

That's normal. That guy is no mechanic.
