Go to any tool store and buy a thermo temp gun..spend the money it will be a good tool tracing gremlins. Start checking the temps on the primarys. If one or more are colder than the others start checking that cylinder(s)

I had a misfire not long ago only like at 1500 rpms and I know the plugs were brand new, the coils were good, and the wires were good. I turned each wire plug connector 90 degrees to put more tension on the connectors and I haven't had the problem since. I'm guessing I had loose connectors. What mods do you have?

turn each wire 90 degrees and see if it helps. It fixed mine I guess they didn't have so tight of a connection that at about 1500 rpms they would connect and disconnect slightly. when I turned them it put more tension on them all and I haven't had the problem since
