Default Service Engine Soon

My service engine light just kicked on the other day and I'm trying to figure out and narrow down what is wrong with the car. Its an '02 LS1 with 59,000 miles. It has been running great but when the light kicked on i started to notice on the highway on the way home the car had a little miss to it like it would run smooth then rough then smooth again. I had it hooked to a computer and the code was it was running lean on bank 1 and had multiple miss fires. Has anyone experienced this or know what the problem sounds like? If it matters I have a dual texas rumbler system with long tubes and no cats.

It would tell us where the problem is originating, so yes we could give you a good idea
