car wont start after replaceing stock cats couple of days ago went to get a smog check. And I was told that my passenger catalytic converter had gone bad. No problem, I knew plenty of people that had a spare cat lying around, and have replaced several other cats on friends cars before. So I Replaced the converter, turned the key. now engine will not crank over. wtf .. Car sounds like it is trying to start but will not. Checked all the basics. Been a week now with no clue what happend

So did you run down the battery playing music while you were changing the cats????
Or
Did you disconnect the battery and forget to re-connect it?
Or
Reconnect the battery and didn't get a good connection??
