Default pinging noise from under rear end area

I just cant figure this out. This sound has like a hollow ping to it, and it sounds like its coming from the rear end area. It happens when i first start to move from a stop, or like if i park at a slight incline, put it in park, and i hear it when the car rolls back when i take the brakes off, and it hits the park gear. I hear it really bad when i launch from a dig, like something might be flexing on the exhaust to make this ping sound. Maybe something with the torque arm??? Its just embarrassing when people hear it. Any help guys?

Do you have aftermarket exhaust? I have the exact same problem on mine, I swapped u-joints for nothing. My Borla exhaust has band style clamps and found that the exhaust flex makes that ting ting sound. I am thinking of replacing the trans/torque arm mounts to reduce the flexing.

could be your exhaust mount also, but that would be pinging would be pretty constant. im still thinking its your u-joints since you mentioned it did it especially when you put it in park and rolls to a stop.
