Default Best STock Exhaust Manifolds

I was wondering if anyone had any real testing results as to which stock exhasut manifold works the best. I am building a 69 Camaro pro touring car and I am limited on my budget. Im not concerned with squeezing every drop of power out of my engine as I can but I still would like the best bang for my buck. WIth that being said, which ones flow well and which dont. I was looking at a set of 06 GTO manifolds and they look like they would fit my swap well but dont have any experience with the flow of these. As much as I would like them, Swap headers are very expensive. Maybe in the future but for now, stock manifolds will have to do.

I don't have any data, but I thought the C5 Z06 'Vette manifolds always looked really nice. Another option for you could be shorty or mid headers, depending on what you think might fit best.

Stainless Steel Vette manifolds from 97, I just sold a set, they can be modded to accept a 3" collector with little fuss. They are hydro formed pieces and the primaries look larger than the cast pieces, they are relatively light too. I could only assume GM stopped using them due to the cost vs a cast iron piece.

I sold them for $80 on ebay if it helps. The same year H-pipe was also Stainless Steel, i sold one of those too for $90.

I'd try to find some shorty's or mids for a decent price. Don't see why they wouldn't fit...
