New Exhaust
My 99 TA is a mild h/c a4 car. I have pacesetter long tubes, ory and a SS magnaflow cat-back exhaust. To tell you the truth, the car is too quiet. lol. It is not much louder then my stocker 98 with the same cat-back.
I have done the flowmaster think before, but I am not a big fan of the way they sounds on our cars.
Anyone have a suggestion for cat-back or muffler that would wake it up a little bit, but still not be obnoxious?
Thanks

Borla maybe?
GMMG is good, but quiet loud esp with ORY. It's not bad at cruise/around town constant speed though... (I have LT/ORY/GMMG).
WOT is obnoxious though and I love it.

i had my TDs custom made with o/r H pipe and dynomax bullets for 300....i have amazing ground clearance and it sounds better than any catback. not very loud cruising or idling but at WOT its sounds like sex. definitely brings out the cam w/o sacrificing quality....
but if your dead set on a catback i would take a moroso spiral flow and dump it right off the Y pipe. sounds good w/o being too quiet
