90mm vs 4 barrel tb

i have two sets of tbs i have for my swap one a willson manifolds 90mm tb with a willson elbow. and an accufab 4 barrel tb. which one do u perfer and why?

I say it depends on which 4 barrel you have, which on has a better CFM
