AIR pump
This is the pump under the driver side headlight right? If so which i think it is what exactly does it do? Does it work with the EGR or what because i have unplugged it and taken a few things of it off.

i not really part of the EGR...bit it IS part of the emissions equipment.
i beleive it pumps fresh air into the exhaust upon start up, helps warm up the cats to operating temps. then shuts off.
easily removed...but it will throw a code. but the code does nothing to the function of the car.

Cool good to know then its gone. You say it has no effect over the running of the car motor wise right?
EGR then will that cause some serious problems if disabled and not deleted from the system? I think it would. How do you delete that from the system?

If you're talking about the 02 in your sig it has no external EGR system, it's handled by the cam overlap, so the only way to delete it is to change the cam
And no AIR removal has no effect on the running of the car, aside from the check engine light being on all the time, mines been off for 2 years with no ill effects

Cool then it wasnt EGR that i removed it was my AIR system that ran to my headers. Yeah its the one in the sig.
So when i change my cam and i am going to do it soon will it effect my running when it "deletes" the EGR do i need to tune it out of the computer?

like said above u dont have EGR, it wasnt necessary with the smaller cam to make it smog legal. its not acutally done by the cam so u dont have to worry about EGR at all! just remove the rest of the AIR system and get that code tuned out was like 25 for me with a local tuner. if you do a search there are several write-ups on AIR removal.
when you get a cam you will need a tune for it to run right but it wont be because of egr as you dont have it at all.
