Idling When i push in the clutch to slow down my rpm's jump up to 2,000 and then after i sit there for a few seconds, they will come back down. why does it do this? i have tried adjusting the throttle body but still no change. also when i go to step on the gas the TB sticks, but when i use a polish to clean inside, it goes away but will return.
