I cant really speak for other header brands since i've never used them, but i was torn between QTP/ ARH, and since i have terrible luck and my T/a has 80k on it, i didnt want to take the chance of fitment issues, so i went with ARH. Im no expert and me and my friend installed these in 4 hours on a lift w/o removing coil packs or anything else and we even fitted the Y to the stock I w/o ANYYYY FItment problems what so ever. They make awsome power, look great, the customer service you get from AR is 2nd to none, have the title for best fitment, i'd save the money and give your baby what she deserves =)

I originally wanted AR headers, and was saving up for them. But in the end I ended up buying pacesetters and with the left over cash I bought an LS6 intake. I got tired of saving and waiting. If your on a budget, or want to use the extra cash for mods pacesetters are a nice option.

Here are my Jethot coated Kooks before going in last week. The car is getting a nose bleed high up on jack stands :-) I'm holding the stock & poly motor mounts. Seriously, working alone, taking my time, the worst part of the job was the @#$%^&* plug wires!!!

Oh man....but talk about SOTP!!! You GOTTA get headers (if not in Calif). And send out the TB for CNC porting while it's up on stands. It's a whole new car!!... It's ALIVE!!!! With Catted Y & Corsa, it sounds awesome, and NO rasp!

I have the FLP longtubes(Finish Line Performance) headers and have had good luck with them for 5 years. I have put the Pacesetter Longtubes and KOOKS and the Pacesetters on (F bodys) was good for the price and the KOOKS were the nicest and best fitting I have installed. If I ever buy another set of headers I will go with the KOOKS.

Dynomax

No fitment issues. Good well-thought-out install kit. Excellent directions.
It's been several years, but $$ per HP was good also.

Looks like LPP is getting alot of great reviews. I am torn between LPP, Hooker or PaceSetter ceramic coated LT's.

Hey Paul, do you have a sound clip of your car?
I'm working on it. On Saturday, I'll get the custom tune finished off on the dyno. I'll have before and after dyno numbers (it's 330 rwhp with stock manifold & stock tune), and I'll have before and after sound clips (ie before and after Kooks).

I'll post the results next week in the Dyno section.
