Default Problems after installed the lid

I need some input from you guys. The car is a 02 Formual M6 w/103k on the clock. I installed SLP LID, SLP 85mm MAF, FTRA and a ported TB today. I also did the free ram air mod when I do the FTRA. Except for those, the car pretty much stock.

Take it out around the block after everything installed, it look good. 4 hours later when I take it out again for a 15 mins drive, it started act up. When I fire it up, idle start from around 800 rpm jumping all the way to 2500 rpm and then drop back down in about 5-10 seconds. It drive ok and no problem. Everytime I come to a stop and put in neutral, it do the same thing. It even set off the SES light. It's too late now so I'll scan it tomorrow.

Any ideas what happened?

Bought the TB used from a member here. He said it's a Shane Stg3 TB. Also, except for the parts I installed, everything is stock and no H/C swap.

Is it possible the 85mm MAF f'ed the A/R or the TB? I need to get it fix by tomorrow cuz I'm going on a 200 miles cruise event on Sunday.

yes.. those both could be the culprits...

actually.. come to think about it after my tune mine still did it.. i switched back to a stock TB.. and still did it..

i ***think*** what stopped mine was replacing my o2 sensors.. because i was also loading up under 2500rpms..

if you want to get it fixed, i would run a scan.. and possibly replace o2s... you got Longtubes?

It could be your A/F mixture. You may need a tune

Throttle cable is ok and free to go. No, I didn't do the idle relearn and just disconnect the battery last nite. I'll have it scan later today. Some of the local member said it could be the SLP MAF needs to be tune. I'm more lean to the MAF causing the problem also. How to do an idle relearn?

I just can't believe that I'll need a tune just for a lid, ram air and port TB. If so, the LS1 PCM suck a$$ even worst than my old 00 Grand Prix.

I've heard when you change to a bigger maf you need your car to be retuned. Also when I put my ported tb on, I have to adjust the screw on the tb which makes it more open or closed. Adjust that until it goes away. If not I bet it will be the maf.

I got code P0174 n P0507. I swap back to stock MAF but the rpm is jumping sky high to 2600rpm. Should I drop in more fuel or what or?

turn your key half way on to the "accessory" position.. let it sit there for about 30 seconds.. and then turn it on.. it will correct if it is off...

read up^^^ to my posts.. (and i had stock MAF, just descreened..)

Finally figure out what f'ed up. I swap out the ported TB back to stock and everything back to normal. I adjusted the set screw to close up the butterfly plate and reset the TPS, it still no good. I guess I really need to adjust IAC to install that port TB.
