Default Issues getting crank bolt out... Help with Ideas

i know that b!itch is in there with some serious ammount of torque behind it
but i figured my 650 ft/lbs impact gun would do the trick as it has in the past
buuuttt no luck - actually seems as if the head of the bolt is twisting from the rest of the bolt
sprayed it down good with penetrating oil
pulley is locked into place so nothing is free moving

thoughts / ideas?

x2 on a big *** breaker bar and a pipe, or sometimes the handle of a normal roll around jack will substitute for a pipe.

^ It's supposed to be wicked tight... But use a BIG breaker bar and a lot of muscle.

I had to use a 3/4 drive impact gun to get mine off. Impact gun looked like a sniper rifle it was so big. But, somehow in getting it off, I cracked the pulley so be careful.

I used a 1/2" breaker bar and a 4' pipe for a cheater bar, the bolt didn't even put up a fight!.. Had the trans in gear, ebrake on and wheels blocked.. just to keep everything from moving.

Don't forget that there is usually loctite on there in addition to the standard torque. It can be quite a bear to get out
