Default Fuel pump installed, not getting power! Pics.

I just installed my Racetronix in tank pump with jumper wire and the car won't start. The hot wire is connected to the Alternator and the relay is grounded as well. The fuse is intact so I know that's not it either. When I turn the key to run I don't hear anything. I've had a friend turn the car to start with the schrader valve on the fuel rail pushed in and nothing. I got my multimeter out and checked voltage to both wires connected to the relay. I'm getting power to the power wire but 0 volts on the output no matter what position the key is in. Everything was connected as per the directions and I even filled the bucket up before everything was put back in. What would cause the jumper wire not to put voltage to the pump? Here is a pic of the relay and ground so you can tell they were done correctly.

The two red wires were the ones tested for voltage. You can see the ground is in a good spot as well. Anyone have any ideas?

So one of the red wires in the pic comes from the alt and where does the other red wire splice in to? My hot wire kit had a OEM jumper plug that would plug the hot wire kit in to the OEM harnes. Also find the grey wire in the OEM harness on the body and check that for power. The grey one is power wire from the fuse box.

The red wire that is closer in the picture goes up to the harness at the top of the fuel tank. That is the plug and play part. I'll have to check the gray harness for power next. What would cause it not to work?

So you dont have power coming from the relay in the pic to the top of the fuel pump?

No, I get 0 Volts but on the battery side of the relay I have full power.

Might have a bad relay. can you pull the relay out and jump the 2 pegs to see if the pump primes.

I checked the gray wire and have no voltage there either. Should I just jump the red wires straight across?

Nothing yet, I check the voltage at the gray wire as well and got 0. I'm waiting for racetronix's support to get back with me. Don't know what else it could be.
I'm pretty sure my connections up top are fine too. There wasn't any trash in the connectors.

I would try to jump the wires across the relay. Did you check the grey wire before the hot wire kit? When you said the fuse is in tack is that the oem fuel pump fuse under the hood or the fuse in the hot wire kit?

The fuse in the hotwire kit is in good shape. I'm going to drop the tank again and make sure all my connections are correct. Only bad part is, I will be out of town all week so its going to have to wait til next weekend. I also changed the stock fuel relay with the AC one right next to it so see if that was the problem and still nothing.

This might be stupid, but did you check the fuse under the hood? In the factory fuse box under the hood.

what voltage do you have at the signal wire for your relay? You wont have anything coming out of it until the relay closes.

OK, I just checked all the connections and it was a little loose. Got everything back together and now I'm burning fuses. Am I supposed to put a bigger fuse in? I have a 20 Amp mini fuse in there right now.

Traced all wires and I don't see a ground circuit anywhere. Could it be the relay?
